Privacy policy

This policy describes how Yetouse Studio, a brand of CRITSER & ASSOCIATES SRL ("we", "us"), processes personal data of players of our games, including Swing Run, and of visitors to yetouse.cloud, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

• Game data: progress, scores and settings, to operate the game.
• Facebook / Meta login (only if you choose to use it): your public profile ID, name and profile picture, used solely to identify you in the game (leaderboards, saved progress).
• Technical data: device type, operating system version and crash logs, to keep the game stable.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for any purpose other than those described here.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the game and its features (performance of a contract).
• Improving game stability and quality (legitimate interest).
• Complying with our legal obligations.

4. Sharing

Data may be processed by our technical providers (hosting, and Meta, Apple or Google platforms depending on your device) only as needed to run the game, and subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Retention

Data is kept while your game account is active, and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request or after 24 months of inactivity.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email contact@yetouse.cloud. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

8. Children

Our games do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
